How do I order at Vapiano?
We made some big changes in 2020 to follow government Covid guidelines, these changes are now standard for us and from feedback we can see most of you prefer this way.
You now order by taking a seat then scanning the QR code on the table which will take you to our online ordering system, choose your favourite dish with plenty of opportunity to personalise the dish, exactly how you did before, pay and then wait for our team to bring you your best meal of the day!

Are your restaurants wheelchair accessible?
All our restaurants are accessible - many have lifts or easy access, and ground floor disables toilets. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us at info@vapiano.co.uk so that we can make any necessary arrangements for you.
Are your restaurants dog friendly?
We do not allow dogs inside our restaurants unless they are required to help the blind or partially impaired. We do have outside space at some of our restaurants that would be suitable for dogs, but please note we do not offer water unless you bring your own dog bowl.
Do you have outside seating?
Our restaurants in Tottenham Court Road, Bankside, Tower Bridge and Manchester have the option to dine outside.

Our Food
Is our chicken sustainable?
We are proud to adopt the Better Chicken Commitment for 100% of the chicken we use across our European supply chain, and commit to meeting all the standards in it by 2026 at the latest.

Do you have a kids menu?
We offer a kids main dish and drink for just £7.95. You can see the full Kids Menu here.
Are you certified Halal?
Although many of our items on offer are halal suitable, we are not officially a certified Halal. We have controls and procedures in place to prevent cross contamination from allergens and raw to cooked products, we cannot guarantee that halal ingredients have not been handled or stored with non halal ingredients. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer halal cheese at this moment in time.
Do you have vegan options?
Although our menu changes from time to time, you will be able to spot what is Vegan as it’s marked with VE on our menu. Always ask a member of the team if you are not certain, as they will be able to assist you with any dietary requirement.
What is your allergy procedure?
In line with the current regulations, we consider all 14 recognised allergens within our operations. If you are unsure if your dietary requirements are covered by such legislation, please speak to a member of the team and we will be happy to advise.
To start: we identify allergens present in the ingredients provided by our suppliers and then incorporate this into our recipes. No ingredient can be used until it is approved by our technical team.
Next: when storing or handling ingredients we take care to prevent any unwanted contamination.
Your order: when you order with us, we will have one of our chefs wash their hands, clean their area, use fresh clean utensils, and prepare your meal with unopened stock from our back fridges that has not been exposed to the cooking line yet.
Please note that we do take all reasonable precautions to manage allergens, but we can never guarantee the complete absence and therefore we strongly advise you to speak to a member of the team before placing any order so that we have that conversation with you and understand your needs.
Do you have a gluten free menu?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our operations we do not offer a gluten free menu. We do have select dishes such as our risotto which is made without gluten, but we have not had our operations certified as gluten free. Although we take all reasonable precautions to prevent gluten contamination, we cannot guarantee its complete absence.

Payments and promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay or Google Pay, Visa and Amex. We no longer accept cash.
Do you offer student discount?
Students can get 20% off their full bill all day, every day. Just show a valid student photo ID to our restaurant team before ordering. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Do you offer NHS discount?
We offer 20% NHS discount and BLUELIGHT all day, every day. Just show a valid NHS photo ID to our restaurant team before ordering. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Does Vapiano sell gift cards?
We currently don’t sell gift cards; we are hoping to launch these later this year. Keep an eye on our socials!
Do you give out “black cards”?
Vapiano doesn’t have a “Black Card” (yet)
